The plot presents a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden sect.
The adventure concentrates on "peculiar tests and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The teaser highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave.
